Brophy & Phillips Co., Inc. has begun construction on our new apartment building in Whitman, MA located on Route 18 near the intersection of Route 27. Conveniently located close to stores, commuter rail and Massasoit Community College. The building consists of 45 units with a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units with 1 and 2 bath options. This will closely resemble our Oak St Apartment building in Brockton which is nearing 100% capacity. It featured hardwood floors, stainless appliances and granite countertops.

When is the estimated date for completion of the Bedford St Apartments?
Hi, Thanks for your interests in our new apartment building. We’re scheduled to have completion and move ins for January 2013. Stay informed for when we begin taking applications as our Oak St apartment building was nearly 80% filled before completion.
When do you expect to start taking applications? How will you announce it? Facebook? Or ? Thanks
Thanks for your interest in the new apartment building. We will at least start taking interested peoples names probably around the time the exterior of the building is finished. From there it will be a few more months till they’d be completed to move in. We will put a sign out front of the building annocuning we are taking applications when the time comes.
